Q: What is the FX Empire signals service?

A: The signals are sent in real-time to the user via e-mail & SMS and show trading opportunities in the Forex market.

 

Q: Are your signals computer generated or automated?

A: No, all of the FX Empire signals are tracked by Forex experts and are not computer generated or automated.

 

Q: How do I sign for the signals service?

A: To sign up Just click on the subscribe button and we will contact you via e-mail within 1 business day with guidance on getting started with the FXEmpire signals service.

 

Q: I didn’t receive a sign up email to the service, what should I do?

A: First check in your spam folder, then wait for a little while. If within 20 minutes you did not receive an email, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

 

Q: What does a signal look like?

A: The signal message is very short and clear. It contains the following information:

  1. Currency pair
  2. Technical signal Short/Long
  3. Entry rate
  4. Stop Loss rate
  5. TP 1- Take Profit 1
  6. TP 2 – Take Profit 2

 

Q: I’ve received the signal – what should I do, and how can I know if I should buy or sell?

A: When receiving a signal, first you will need to sign into your brokerage account and enter the trade. If the signal says “Short”, you should sell, and if it says “Long” you should buy.

 

Q: Do you monitor the signal?

A: Our analysts follow the trading signals until closing. If necessary – the Stop Loss and Take Profit rates are adjusted during the deal.

 

Q: Is this service just for day traders?

A: No, the FX Empire signals service is for all traders. It is good for both intraday and long-term trades, and suits both beginner and expert traders.

 

Q: What is leverage?

A: Leverage is a financial tool that allows a trader to increase his market exposure to a point that exceeds actual investment eg. 1:100 means a trade is worth 100 times what you have invested in it. Bare in mind, added exposure through leverage means added risk and of course added reward too.

 

Q: What currencies will I get signals for?

A: The main currency pairs we cover are: EUR/USD, USD/JPY, GBP/USD, EUR/GBP, USD/CHF, EUR/CHF, AUD/USD, USD/CAD and NZD/USD.

 

Q: During what times are signals sent?

A: The signals are sent 24 hours a day during 5 trading days (Monday through Friday).

 

Q: How many signals do you provide for the 10 days plan?

A: We send up to 10 signals a month, this means that during a 10-day period you will receive on average 3 signals.

 

Q: Do you publish the service result?

A: Yes, you can see our results from the last 3 years on the Performance page.

 

Q: Do you provide signals related to indices and commodities too?

A: We stick to what we do best, that’s currencies. That’s why our signals are purely currency based.

 

Q: Do you provide auto trade copier?

A:  FXEmpire is unaffiliated to any particular broker, therefore we do not offer an auto trade service. If you are interested in a service like this we recommend you to conduct external research through the brokers directly.

 

Q: What is the price of the service?

Q: How do I Disconnect from the service?

A: Disconnecting is very easy – just cancel you subscription via Paypal.

 

Q: What is a Max Draw Down?

A: Drawdowns help determine risk on a trade or investment. They are used in order to calculate risk reward ratios.  It is calculated as a percentage from a high or peak to the next trough on the chart. The time period in which the Max Drawdown is calculated for this service is taken from the period of introduction of the signals service to our clients until the final signal is provided.

 

Q: Do I need to take into consideration different prices and spread?

A: Please bear in mind that the spread and prices can be different between brokers or even for the same broker for different accounts or between fixed spread and flexible/changing spread (FTP/ECN platforms). For those reasons, we recommend to take 2- 5 pips as safety layer.
